Remark: Smart Report presents the recapitulation of SPSE database processing (Electronic Procurement System), which spread across the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) that located in many local government offices and institutions all over Indonesia and connected through the internet. Data retrieval from the LPSE server runs automatically once per day, so the data will remain updated every day. The data retrieval process from LPSE server to the National LPSE report conducted with the approval of the local LPSE manager, then following the configuration steps to run automated scripts to send the data. Until now, from all of the entire servers, there are LPSE servers that are still in the process of withdrawal of approval and configuration data. LPSE name that appears on this application is the LPSE system provider, or the LPSE who has SPSE own server. To LPSE service providers, or the LPSE who do not have servers, it’s procurement data is stored in the SPSE database inside the LPSE system providers that hosting the LPSE service provider. The type of data displayed is the data that processed through the SPSE electronic procurement, including the number and ceiling of the procurement package, efficiency, and the number of procurement suppliers. It does not include the data of manually processed procurements (not electronically). Catatan: Smart Report menyajikan rekapitulasi hasil pengolahan basis data SPSE (Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik) yang tersebar di seluruh Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE). Pengambilan data dari server LPSE berjalan secara otomatis satu kali dalam sehari, sehingga data akan selalu mutakhir setiap hari. Proses penarikan data dari LPSE ke server report LPSE Nasional dilakukan atas persetujuan pengelola LPSE setempat, setelah itu dilakukan langkah konfigurasi untuk menjalankan skrip otomatis pengiriman data. Hingga saat ini, terdapat beberapa server yang masih dalam proses persetujuan dan konfigurasi penarikan data. Nama LPSE yang ditampilkan pada aplikasi ini adalah LPSE system provider saja, atau LPSE yang memiliki server SPSE sendiri. Untuk LPSE service provider, atau LPSE yang yang tidak memiliki server, data pengadaannya tersimpan dalam basis data SPSE di server LPSE system provider yang menjadi induknya. Jenis data yang ditampilkan adalah data pengadaan yang diproses melalui SPSE saja, meliputi jumlah dan pagu paket pengadaan, efisiensi, serta jumlah pelaku pengadaan barang/jasa.
